UMass ADVANCE is pleased to announce the 2023 ADVANCE Faculty Peer Mentor Award winners. The winners were selected from a competitive pool of nominees and were honored by Provost Tricia Serio during the ADVANCE Distinguished Lecture on March 28th, at which Enobong (Anna) Branch gave the keynote address, “Working in Black and White in the Knowledge Economy.”

“We congratulate this year’s ADVANCE faculty mentor award winners for the important work they do as mentors and sponsors of their colleagues,” said Laurel Smith-Doerr professor of sociology and ADVANCE PI. “Peer mentoring is an important component of faculty equity.
