Mother Nature’s View of Climate Change
Dr. Alan Betts, Atmospheric Research, Pittsford VT
Special Event
As climate extremes increaseand shift into regimes we have never seen before, it is clear that Mother Nature is taking over the climate system to protect indigenous life on Earth from destruction by capitalism and the Fossil fuel Empire. This has vast implications for our political, economic, financial and social future, which cannot be addressed within current capitalism since it long ago rejected the indigenous world view.
Speaker: Dr. Alan Betts,Atmospheric Research, Pittsford Vermont
Fellow of the American Geophysical Union, the American Meteorological Society (AMS), the Royal Meteorological Society, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and a past-president of the Vermont Academy of Science and Engineering (VASE) Pushing for an Indigenous view of Earth Processes and our stewardship of the Planet.
