In keeping with the University response to the Coronavirus, the CNS Advising Center is closed to walk-in advising/questions.  However, we are open for business virtually!  The Dean and Advisors are available for appointments via Zoom and for questions by email.  We will reply to telephone messages as quickly as we can, but replies to telephone messages may not be the same day.

Please check your email SPAM folder regularly (especially if you are expecting a reply that you are not receiving) as it is a known problem that some of our emails are going to junk mail.  Identify and move non-junk messages to your inbox so your mail program can learn which messages are not junk.

The CNS Advising Center Deans and Advisors ARE available for appointments!

Continue to make CNS advising appointments using Navigate.  We will confirm your appointment and will include a link to open a Zoom meeting at the time of your appointment.

If you are not a currently active student, please call the CNS Advising Center at 413-545-1969 to request an appointment.  We will respond to telephone messages as soon as we can and will schedule an advising appointment for you.

Dean Elizabeth Connor ( and Advisors (see below) are also always available by email.  Check your SPIRE Student Center page for contact information for your advisor.
