Guidelines for use

  • Conference room tables should not be moved.
  • Chairs should be returned to their original position and pushed in neatly.
  • Any and all food/drink should be removed from the room prior to the departure of the meeting coordinator.
  • If food/drink has been brought into the room, you are responsible for wiping down the tables.
  • If Campus Catering has provided a meal for a special event, the coordinator is responsible to remain until catering had picked up, and in order for you to lock the door when they leave.
  • Trash bags should be removed, tied and left outside the locked area for custodial services.
  • Event/Meeting coordinator is responsible for arranging and supervising room set up and clean up.

Any violation of the aforementioned guidelines, as well as any repair, replacement and/or cleaning fees will be charged to you if necessary. Please note that these charges are commensurate to what is normally charged by facilities if the services are required:

  • $100: Room not arranged to original setup (chairs not pushed in, overflow of orphan chairs from other locations).
  • $100: Failure to clean up the conference room (trash not removed, tables not wiped, food left).
  • $TBD: Damage to the room, tables, chairs, carpet or equipment.
