Short Answer Questions
Your response to each of the following short answer questions should be no more than 250 words or 1800 characters, including spaces.

- Describe your involvement in extra curricular activities at UMass Amherst.
- Describe your involvement in community service.

- If desired, please include a brief description of financial need or academic hardship.
- In order to be considered, you MUST describe your specific eligibility for each of the scholarships you selected.
- Sherwood-Delaney applicants must include a 250 word statement describing how a UMass Amherst education will enable them to contribute to science in the United States.
