Markowitz receives American Psychological Association Early Career Achievement Award

Ezra Markowitz, Environmental Conservation, has been selected to receive the 2017 Early Career Achievement Award from the American Psychological Association’s Society for Environmental, Population and Conservation Psychology, also known as Division 34. Markowitz’s research focuses on the underlying psychological, social and contextual factors that motivate and inhibit pro-environmental behavior. His teaching and research aims are to understand human behavior as it relates to and affects “present and future flourishing of the natural and social worlds.” News Office release
